What should I do if the doctor dictates, and didn't say to use quotes, ...patient says she still feels like sh**.  ??!!   The word even came up on the spell checker!   I feel nervous about leaving the word there.  I wonder if I should leave it as a blank.   The account is not verbatim.  Just looking for some suggestions.  I haven't had this happen before in 20+ years as an MT!

I am a Christian and I am not comfortable typing the F word. I don't use that kind of language in my everyday speech; why should I keyboard it? I just type "the patient said 'F--- you'." If the hospital wants to change it, they can. I get a lot of this because I do psych. Sometimes the docs even use the F word. I want to send them a defi saying, "Do you eat with that mouth?"

This was written in August of 2005. If you do a control F, you'll see that Arimidex hasn't been studied much, nor found helpful then, in men. But I see someone else posted that in a google search they found Arimidex used in men so maybe it is now ...

I got mine here. It's the best price I found. I couldn't see spending $17 on one. This one is $9. Also, the shipping on it seemed pretty steep at the time, almost as much or more than the adapter, so I emailed and asked if it could be sent in a small mailing envelope via usps. They told me they could do that and just charged $2 for the shipping. Here's the link:
