"tie sickle" should be "phthisical" - although the sentence structure may need to be changed some or there is something else missing.

how long would it take?
Subject: how long would it take?

How long would it take one of you experienced MT's that always answer my questions to transcribe an 1 1/2 of dictation? The doctor speaks english, is very easy, I have very little research to do and it still takes me about 10-12 hours with interuptions.

How long would it take you?
How long would it take?
Subject: How long would it take?

It has always been said it should take double the time to transcribe that it did to dictate. If it is easy dictation and not too fast, should be able to do it in 2 1/2 hours.

It does take some time and experience to be able to do transcription that fast.

I"ve been working as an MT only five months since school. No one reviews my work before the doctor. He hates me to leave a blank, but how long is fair for me to search for this type of work at 8 cents per line? I've spent over an hour.

probably shortening terms; might be choosing between Total Condylar II through III (which go by many names like GSB, TCP, TCII,TCIII etc.)and a hinged prosthesis...and they won't know which one until they go in and see the actual damage or injury; or, if it's a revision, which components will work best....

long liver
Subject: long liver

I posted this on the main board and it disappeared so I'm trying again.  Word help is not what I'm looking for though.  I'm trying to find information on having a long liver....not an enlarged liver, but a long liver which I have been told can be a normal variant.  In searching google for abnormal, long, length, etc., I am not coming up with anything pertaining to a long liver.  I know it sounds weird.  It is not a common thing to have but some people do and I would like more information.  TIA.

The doctor dictates

ECG:  Normal sinus rhythm.  Normal ECG.

Then he gives the lab data. Then he says..

ECG July 14, 2007  Normal sinus rhythm.  Frequent ventricular ectopy.

Do you think the first ECG was for the office visit ( as is this report) and the other was for an ECG she had taken on that date??  I am confused.  Thank you
