it's also used as a general reference to the "neck" portion of a structure. So where you would probably say cysts in the neck of the pancreas, he's saying cervical (meaning here neck of the pancreas) cysts.

Dr says Elements of secondary spinal stenosis are appreciated especially at L4-5 secondary to (what s/l post ligaflatum) hypertrophy and facet arthropathy. Could he be saying post ligamental? I usually have no problem with MRIs but this is a new guy and he clips his words. Thanks!

It does not sound right to me. clonus does not make sense but I do not type much radiology. Anyone have a clue what else it could be? It does sound like he is saying clonus.??? Thanks
