Hi! I keep hearing s/l Schulz presentation on delivery notes which I have never heard of until recently. I cannot reference online it so i'm blanking it. I don't have an OB book so I was hoping anyone with an OB book could help me out. Thanks!

doctor says cellulitis of the (the word I am trying to document), and then says, "spelled p-e-n-u-s." I can't find this documented on Google that I can really confirm, and he spelled it that way very plainly. I really believe this is wrong, but I just wanted to check to see if anyone else knows this term to be real. I am thinking they just don't teach spelling in med school and perhaps he should just dictate and leave the spelling to me!

This doctor is foreign and really mispronounces words so I may be way off but it sounds like either *chorthalidon* or *cord thalidon*.

I always spell abbreviations out such as this one that follows a vague number , i.e., few, several, many, etc. It just doesn't look right having the abbreviation in that sort of sentence to me. If you adhere to the BOS, it suggests spelling them out in this instance as well.
