what goes around in life comes back around in life and there were so many good people in my work life when I was young and tender.....that I have gone through life helping others.  It's no skin off my back and it gives me such a great feeling.

For your info, I never knew Mohs was named after anyone until a couple of years ago.....when someone I knew was having the Mohs surgery.

If one goes through life being as helpful (not accommodating) as one can be?  It truly will pay off........

Okay, "other situations" is pretty vague, so maybe that's not far from being that way all the time, but I don't see any reason to make it 2 sentences. It is not a great writing, any way you do it, that's for sure.
