she is given s/l LIGHTERDERM patches for her chronic pain.

SUBSTANCE:  Tobacco abuse.  She denies any alcohol.  She drinks beer.  She states 1-2 beers about three times per week.  Has done so for four or five years now.  Denies any illicit drug use.


She didn't even hesitate between those statements... haha.

the doctor dictates he has an alcohol level of 108 but that makes no sense to me and I can't reference that anywhere.  Should I flag it? Thanks.

I have a dictation that is cuttting out badly.  Is anyone familiar with the emergency room procedure for drug/alcohol overdose.  The RN starts out saying activated charocoal was used followed by oral  - all I can catch is that the medication ends in cystine or IV fedalcystine?  Any ideas?
