At the end of a total thyroidectomy procedure, the doc says EE to AA phonation is intact. I can't document EE to AA phonation, and I'm wondering if I'm hearing it correctly. I also wonder if I should transcribe EE:AA phonation, but I can't find this anywhere in my Google search efforts!

Doc also talks about interpranchable mass measuring 3.1 cm * 3.5 * 2.2 is seen overlying the midbody of the right lobe.

The pathology report shows that over the 3.5-cm left thyroid nodule, there was note of numerous fistula sites, and rare bland thyroid follicle cells and colloid material.
Not sure if he is actually saying "numerous fistula sites" but that is certainly what it sounds like. Any suggestions?
