I'm working on a presurg H&P that must go directly to the customer/no routing through QA, per CP. Under current medications, the same medication is dictated twice (separated by another medication) and there are two different dosages, both given as mg daily. I assume I'll have to leave as dictated and upload to the customer as is?
TIA for any suggestions.
