board. I know what you mean - I've had second thoughts about taking the time, too, because some people have such nasty attitudes - but, as we were saying before, it kind of helps to keep the mind working - and I like to help. Take care of yourself - hope to "see" you on the board at some point.

The best thing would be see if you can get verification from the account, might be some name they have for their own conconction of Maalox, Benadryl and Xylocaine. I've seen plenty of things misspelled in reports, even standards handed out by an account itself...

I know, I have an OB clinic that is doing the same thing. Sometimes you just have to say okay if that's the way you want it that's what you'll get and go on. It's hard though, especially when you take pride in your work.
I noticed right away that you had fixed the templates and it was wonderful. I found each one I needed right away.
Don't let it bother you, I think you did a great job cleaning those up, they were a mess.
