If I can SEE the bottle and see how it is written on the actual bottle, then I take that as "gospel." In this case I looked around and had no luck finding a picture of the bottle but did find some pictures of the SennaLax pills. It is my thought that the "S" at the end may indicate syrup. Is this person a child??

Parous is correct. Parous in size means the uterus is size consistent with having had children, born at least 1 child.

I would do 60%. I have several doctors that will say 60 (as in ) 6-0. Clarifying the numbers so you don't put 16. They do 50, 5-0 so you don't put 15 because they sound close. It just sounds like sixty-six-zero. Put what you feel is right but I would be from experienc it is 60%

Vicryl sutures are used for a lot of surgeries, and size is measured by "0" -- I used to have a surgeon always said "double-ott" sutures -- meaning "OO" or "2-0"
If they are using more than one strand of suture material, I have heard surgeons say "double stranded" before, but not "dual stranded.

A KUB, and abdomen series, and of course a barium enema (which can be done with air contrast as well). And a CT or MRI of the pelvis, of course.
But it would be unusual to just state "no air in the rectum" unless the doctor is discussing a bowel obstruction or something similar. Can you give us more context?
