I had to send it back already with blanks and a note to my coordinator for some help. this sounds pretty close, as in the note to the referring physician, he mentioned a urine test for this too. It is hard to believe a one year old baby would have something like this though, but I do appreciate your help. I listened over the phone last night - we were even thinking that he was saying "a bit of" pancreatitis in the hx (which doesn't make sense, either), but it's mentioned in the dx, too, and he wouldn't be saying that in the dx...I'm stumped.
