Does anyone know something that sounds like Aqua Mantis? It seems to be something used at the end of a procedure for hemostasis. I can't find it anywhere and my QA people haven't been able to fill in these blanks. Thanks

Of course, the first dictator I get today has to be *thee* worst one in the clinic... at least with my experience. I'm training and I do not want to have another blank against me.
The patient has abnormal liver enzymes, hiatal hernia, mild reactive *something* with the GE junction with focal erosions, and mild antral gastritis with a few erosions and something else I couldn't hear.
WORD I NEED HELP WITH: Sounds like "dumb-it-fans dumb fibrosis." LOL Anyone have ANY idea what he is talking about? Thanks much!
