Tissue checks?
Subject: Tissue checks?

Dr. Says:  It is tender to palpation about the left LS spine, as well as the superior and posterior iliac crest.  There is slight fullness to this area.  There is no tissue (s/l checks or changes) or erythema.  She has a decreased range of motion about the LS spine, secondary to pain.

No idea on this one.  Not even sure where to research.

This is for a patient brought into emergency after a roll over motor vehicle accident. He has a subdural hematoma and the RN states he was given what sounds like "row checks" every hour.  I am not familiar with ER procedures- can anyone interpret this for me?
