I have a doc dictating a patient having a vasovasal event while getting an injection. He went through a period of "assonce?" I have looked and looked, but can't figure out exactly what he is saying. Anyone know?

I think what doc is intending is that pt had a vasovagal episode, so IMO I would leave as dictated.
