acts as a prepositional phrase. If it is used during the sentence, as in "but the patient unfortunately denied treatment," of course it is just part of the sentence, no commas there. Any help?

p.r.n. at beginning of sentence
Subject: p.r.n. at beginning of sentence
I type on a verbatim account. In the medication list when they dictate p.r.n. Tylenol, for example, I have been typing P.R.N. Tylenol. I cannot verify this in the BOS. Many people type P.r.n. Tylenol, which I think is not proper. What do you think is correct? Thanks.

Subject: How do you write pH at the beginning of a sentence?
I have a doctor who says, "pH is within normal limits." I've been adding the word "the" before pH just because I don't know if it's supposed to be capitalized or not at the start of a sentence. Yeah, I know, he's not being gramatically correct, but verbatim, you know.
Thanks!

Rule for Sentence Ending and when to use comma
Can somebody share with me the rules to follow for sentence ending? I am a bit confused with the feedback from my QA, when I chose to put a comma she wants me to end the sentence and start with a new sentence. The next day when I did was to end the sentence, she edited my work and placed a comma instead. Can anybody share with me some guidelines to follow. TIA.
