UA Results: (S/l full 'fee-oh') of bacteria and moderate pyuria (cocci in pairs).

Full 'c/o','fee-oh'?  Any ideas?

Doctor is reading lab results for a patient with unexplained eosinophilia and iron deficiency anemia.  "Urinalysis does not have [amocidrin/amocytherin/emocidrin?]"  I've gotten so used to this doc I haven't been stumped in awhile, but I can't get this one.  Probably because I'm so tired!  Thanks for any ideas.

Dictated:  UA shows some ketones, large occult blood, many white cells, some moderate red cells, and *10 to 50* bacteria.

Should that be 10:50 bacteria or 10-50?

Thanks!

I looked this up and found a definition for "squame" meaning a flake or scale of skin.  Can this be in a urinalysis? Or would it more likely be "squamous" cells as in squamous epithelial cells? This doctor is driving me nuts tonight and he's not even ESL.  Give me an Antonio Banderas sound-alike any time....
