I was excited cause I thought you were probably right, but listening again it is definitely not "appearing". At first I thought the "benign" was "by nine" as in "1 x 9" instead of "one benign" and I guess that's still possible, except that he always gives a unit of measurement like cm or mm, and didn't do that. So I'm still left with the AP or "8 peed" lymph node. Thanks for trying though! It probably is something obvious like that and I'm just missing it. He does have a cold, which is making this whole report hard!
