I wonder if he is talking about supplements containing Siberian Rhodiola rosea --

I am taking a supplement I buy at my doctor's office called "ClearMind" which is marked as a Mental Wellness Formula. Even though I buy it at doctor's office, it is not a prescription drug. I remember my doctor giving me handouts on 2 different formulas, and I chose the ClearMind because my research on the Internet showed it had more "oomph" than the other, but I don't remember the name of the other... it also had the Rhodiola in it though.

I noticed a big difference in my ability to sit and concentrate within a day of starting the supplement... it was that quick.
