abbreviate everything - must think she's paying the bill. Anywho - she's dictating the PE and at the very beginning says:
AF/VSS (afebrile/vital signs stable, I assume) and UOP adequate. Then goes on with no acute distress, alert and oriented, yada yada yada.
So what exactly is UOP?
