Here's the sentence: "She does have some discomfort with the J-tube and G-tube and I will discuss with Dr. _______ whether these can be changed to a less invasive butt-end format.
He refers to it twice, really clear, no accent. Just want to make sure it's not something ridiculously simple.

Apparently in CTS release, "pillar pain" is common. Found this:
After surgery, the healing edges of the ligament beneath the skin are usually tender for at least four to six weeks after the procedure. Temporary tenderness on each side of the palm where the ligament is attached to the bones on each side of the palm to these bones is common after surgery and is called "pillar pain". This generally resolves gradually. Hand therapy is often helpful during recovery.
