(Per Google)Tranxene@everything2.com gives pronunciation as tran-scene. Gee, that's an old med, been around at least 35 years; my stepson was on it in the 70s. I haven't had it dictated in a report in decades. Interesting post.
Drug question tranxene
Subject: Drug question tranxene

I think my doctor is saying tranxene, but I have never actually heard the drug pronouced before.  Is there a web site where I can go to that has a link to let you hear how the term is spoken like some of the on-line dictionary sites?  I have a drug book, but I want to be sure that I am hearing it correctly.    When he says it, it s/l transceen.

Thanks!
