X-ray report: Cotts or Cotts' or Cott's angle?
Subject: X-ray report: Cotts or Cotts' or Cott's angle?

In a pain management report:

"Plain x-rays are unavailable but by report of Dr. X show a Cotts angle of 67 degrees..."

The doc spelled Cotts for me, but it is not in my Stedman's Eponym book.  Is this capitalized?  Is it Cotts or Cotts'?  I've never heard of this, and Google doesn't seem to know much either.  Any ideas?

Thanks!
