Should this be 4-0 Prolene with a doubled-armed RV1 needle? Is there a RV1 or RVI needle? Should it be "doubled-armed or double-armed? This surgery is about 900 seconds long, vascular surgery to boot and I am going nuts!
Also, states layer of 3-0 Prolene and a doulbed-armed SH needle
