This seems to fit, because the first one

he dictated was mispronounced as buprion, I believe for buproprion, and then after venlafaxine, he said "oh me PRA zole" for omeprazole. 

Sorry if I didn't give enough information.  I think I will give this a QA marker because it's not clear enough to go in the medical record.

  • Possibly venlafaxine NM - Val
    • This seems to fit, because the first one - MTGirl
  • Used for??? - NM
    • It's just in a list of medications. I'm still doing - MTGirl
