BOS but I cannot think of what to look under.  Dictated --

Assessment of the temporomandibular joint demonstrates symmetric positioning of the TMJ disc on both closed and open-mouth positioning bilaterally.--- My question is, should it be typed closed-mouth and open-mouth vs what was dictated and where would I find it in the BOS?  thanks
