He is referring to a fracture of the coccyx. You're looking for coccygeal, meaning of the coccyx.

I've heard of psychiatric "postconviction" services or "pretrial" services...such as, "postconviction psychiatric evaluation by a forensic psychiatrist is a new factor warranting sentence modification"...perhaps that's what they meant (IF the patient is a prisoner/arrested, admitted involuntarily, etc.)

I've got a vascular surgery that I need help on.  Most of the things I'm pretty sure of, but would like a seconding ear.  TIA


Right wrist "rest"--?? assuming AV fistula. 


ANESTHESIA:  @@Local with monitored anesthesia s/l--montra--garis bolus 20 cc. 


extremity was prepped and draped in a Pfannenstiel fashion.  The patient was given a low grade--?? of Ancef


The artery was then carefully dissected out proximally and distally and little side--?? branches were clipped to help obtain hemostasis ofr the anastomosis.  The


A pot--?? scissor was then used to form a hood.  It had been marked with a marking pen prior to division 


Markable--?? dogs were used to obtain control of the artery proximally and distally. 


Th vein was sewn to the arteries using a 6-0 pulling suture in a circumferential--?? fashuion. 


The wound was enclosed in layers using a 3-0 Vicryl suture in the subcutaneous layer in a running fashion and a 4-0 Vicryl running subventricular--?? closure. 


The patient was brought out and monitored in anesthesia care--?? and taken to the recovery room in stable condition. 


Sponge, needle, and instrument counts were reported to be correct at the end of the case--??.

taking one VicodIn as needed or one every eight hours. This means that maybe she can take one Vicodin for pain and that works for that episode, but when she has a longer bout of pain she takes one every eight hours until the pain is gone.
