Then we pulled the probe 2 inches above the level between the acidic and non-acidic line and then we taped it and anchored it and the baby started the breast-feeding right away after the probe placement.

This blank sounds like it has something about "wire" in it, may even be more than one word, "over to wire". Both blanks sound the same.
