The patient is a 42-year-old white female with a torn anterior cruciate ligament, medial meniscus, and anterolateral rotary instability.

Second question is shouldn't this be arthroscopy AND debridement? he doesn't say *and* but that is always how I have heard it. Third question is...is patella tendon graft correct or should it be patellar tendon graft?

I plan on doing an arthroscopy debridement and an anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction using patella tendon graft.

Sorry for all the questions, but he is a speed demon today.

I can't remember how long it took me to be able to type at a 1:2 ratio since I have been doing this for about 15 years. However, I do know that it took me longer than 3 to 4 months, especially since I was looking everything up in reference books to double check my spelling as I didn't go to school for medical transcription. Maybe someone else has a better idea. I DO remember being frustrated that it was taking me so long to finish a tape (back when I did tapes, LOL!).
