I am not sure if this looks right but this the sentence that sounds like it is being said.  I am wondering if "pub" is short for pubic??  Thanks for the ortho help, as I am at a loss in this area.

Osteopathic manipulative treatments were performed using muscle energy, Jones strain/counter strain, 7 stages of Spencer, leg tug technique, and a pub technique.

Thanks for your time.

Hi, I am new at ortho and have a couple of questions.

Physical Exam: There is an abrasion over the left anterior tibia. Left foot has normal dorsalis pedis and tibialis posterior pulses. The sensation is intact. *Capillary refill is less than 2 seconds.* Am I hearing this correctly?

Then he says: X-rays of the left femur and left *tib fib* are negative. Is it OK to say tib fib?

Thanks.

I'm working on a transcription for Orthopedics, and I'm not sure what the doc is saying before "cervical lodosis".  It sounds like "attended", but maybe someone could give me a second opinion?  Here's the sentence:

She had a 6 month history of progressive disabling back pain visibly associated with progressive kyphotic deformity of the thoracolumbar spine, with an attended cervical lordosis.
