A: History of LGSIL Pap, s/l ***full colpscopy*** with 1 directed biopsy obtained.
I don't have much experience at all in anything related to GYN procedures and not sure if there is a distinction between a colposcopy and a full colposcopy - the only other thing it s/l is ***for colposcopy*** with 1 directed biopsy obtained.
Hope I made sense here. Thanks for any help.

I don't hear an L sound - widely would have been my best guess, but it really doesn't sound like it. His inflection makes it sound like a two-part adjective, like topsy-turvy. He says "Vulva: Diffuse whitey-warty lesion on the left side...." I can't verify anything like that. I don't usually have to blank or flag this guy's reports - this might be the first!

it requires arabic numbers. For types, then it's roman numerals.
What annoys me is when the dictator mixes up types and grades. So then I have to google and look for an authoritative site to get it straight. I had a radiologist that had these confused. Drove me nuts.
