Subject: paraaortic lymph nodes

Stedman's Oncology Words has paraaortic lymph node under the heading node.

Here's a good site for lymph nodes:
http://training.seer.cancer.gov/ss_module08_lymph_leuk/lymph_unit02_sec03_lymph_chains.html

Since you have identified this as something hard to remember, make yourself a shortcut for it, like paln.
