Subject: TKR...s/l "nano block"???
Total knee replacement, using computer navigation. He keeps mentioning s/l "nano block" and I cannot find this anywhere. I have looked on old reports by other MTs that have even gone through editing and they all have a blank here. He's a terrible dictator, always slurring his words. Does anyone have any idea what he could be saying here? It would eliminate a significant amount of blanks by me and the other MTs and be MUCH appreciated.
Thanks, and have a blessed day.

Patient will have toe surgery under IV sedation, local "MACK". Is this slang for something? Dictator's voice does trail off after saying "local", but sure sounds like "MACK". Thanks for any help.
