From the time I took medical terminology, I always thought of:

dysphasia=difficulty speaking because of the "s" instead of "g", as in "speech".

dysphagia=difficulty swallowing because of the "g" instead of "s", as in "laryngeal".

Probably sounds weird, but keeps me from having to look it up!

This person has a reducible incisional hernia.  She is contemplating a third hernia repair surgery.  Doc dictates:

Any operation on her would be a fairly significant undertaking being a third hernia repair, both previous ones with mesh.  I would attempt this laparoscopically, but I realize there is a high chance that she has intraperitoneal adhesions or S/L: BOWEL inherent to her mesh.

Is that right?

a doc say "derbis" for "debris" and another say "aspirational pneumonia" instead of "aspiration pneumonia," but that does not make the docs correct. You listed polynephritis Google references which are incorrect. Don't understand your followup.
