s/l Rosen-neeter microcup forceps... ENT help please!
Subject: s/l Rosen-neeter microcup forceps... ENT help please!
On the left side, he had some dried crusting stemming from areas of mucosalization which required the use of a "Rosen-neeter" microcup forceps.
I've done plenty of ENT clinic notes and consults but not a lot of procedures. I've run into this word a few times in this doctor's dictation and even after Googling using a wildcard for that spot, Vera Pyle, etc., I just can't get this one. Maybe I'm just totally off base in the sounds like... I don't know. Any help would be very appreciated

lateral ventricle, the doctor states I believe. But, this does not make sense to me. However, I am feeling rather stupid today so am probably wrong. Anyone know if extraocular dilation makes sense? It is not extraaxial I am fairly certain after listening to him 100 times.

Subject: try this again...s/l fearson or vearson instillations and urethral dilatation
I was offered the suggestion of filiforms or versed earlier today, and neither of those work. This patient receives these instillations every three months. I'm think along the lines of BCG instillations, but that is definitely not what the doc says. No mention of the patient's diagnosis to help
