is that "symmatric" should be "symmetric," a very common term.
Are you taking a test?

Also your "Intact relflexy in purse" may be "intact reflexes in pursestrings." Difficult to determine without listening myself.
They usually say "normal sensory examination to light touch" not "a light touch."

The company MedicAlert (1 word) has a trademark emblem/bracelet; that is the most common one used. But, there's an org in Canada, Med-Alert, that supplies medical alert bracelets, and another, 911MedAlert, that I found. If any of that helps! :)
