Patient had a CVA. He also had an MRA at that time, which showed a hyperplastic? hypoplastic? artery, and no aneurysms.  (I think artery mentioned is carotid.)

Most state's department of insurance sites seem to use Workers'. I have not seen Workman or Workmen in any form. I hope this helps.

guess is that they are talking about degrees of flexion at those 2 digits of the pinky, so it means 15 degrees and 15 degrees, if that helps you decide if you want a comma between the numbers or perhaps a back slash.
