The copyright lists it as BI-RADS, federal guidlines are supposed to dictate how it is typed but have worked for numerous centers that type it anywhere from BIRADS to BI-RADS to BiRADS. Categories however should always be arabic (1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 0)
