...so after I looked up neurogenic I thumbed through my Stedman's and found "dyssynergia" which means something about a coordination problem between the bladder itself and the bladder sphincter, so I'm thinking "dyssynergic" would be the adjectival form. At least I'm hoping this is right... If there are any bladder experts out there, let me know!
