However, it's a verbatim account. When QA and the doctor send it back to me telling me to do what they say, I do it no matter what my reference book or spellchecker say. The physicians are the ones who are making up new words or combining things, not me.

Apparently in CTS release, "pillar pain" is common. Found this:

This is for one of my accounts in Michigan. I can't understand this pronunciation well enough to get a good s/l for Google, so what would ya'll recommend doing to find this darned term?
