that he is saying Q2, I think. It doesn't sound like Pupilscan II.

I did see the hits on google about the transistors, but I couldn't make any sense of what he would mean by that. I listened again, and it's pretty clear he's saying Q2 pupillometer.

I searched cue 2, que 2, queue 2, etc. and couldn't find anything either.

Thank you so much to all of you for your help.

I definitely am hearing laprobiotic or laprobotic; he says. I think it is a laparoscopic procedure using a robotic arm but not sure of the spelling. Cannot find. I guess I will sound it out. Thanks so much.

who knows though - it could be gabapentin. Maybe the doctor can't read the patient's handwriting or the patient made up their own name for it. I am just going to flag it, since it's an allergy.

can't document that anywhere. It seems to be a packing of some sort as the doc stated "we packed the wound and sutured the soft tissues over this impregnated with the antibiotics"... with whatever this "Prodance" thing is. I did try researching all types of antibiotic-impregnated cements, but no luck there either.

Our records indicate that the patient was having rituals that would last 9 to 10 hours a day. She was able to describe a lot of __* rituals, a lot of germ phobia rituals, and high anxiety.

they chose to keep the text as it was - maybe thinking that "technically" he is not a drinker right now because he is in rehab - doesn't make much sense to me.

he never again mentions the left tonsil.  Even at the end of the dictation when he says the plan is to rule out a right peritonsillar abscess.  Same thing he said in chief complaint, except there he said "left".  Oh well....I flagged it and I'll let QA make the change.

Thanks for the advice.

Thanks...I did think of that too...that's one of the reasons I flagged it.
