I think you're right about "port or drain." On the "change in the breast" I wondered the same thing, but she definitely does not say "in the", just the two words. I'm guessing that is what she meant to say though, or she's saying the little words so fast I can't hear them. It definitely fits well in the sentence. I'm not as sure on the word after heterogeneous, but it probably is "density". It sounds now, after listening again, like "heterogeneous dense uh" so I'll go with density. Thanks for all your help!
