Charcot foot is a progressive degenerative condition that affects the joints in the feet. It is associated with nerve damage (neuropathy) that decreases the ability to sense stimuli, including pain, and decreases muscular reflexes that control movement. Just someone reviewing the history and there was no elaboration other than that. This particular dictator is killing me tonight...they sound like they are recanting a dream while still out of it themselves...words are trickling out their mouth oh every 15-30 seconds or so and sentences are all malformed, they are yawning, so a 10 minute report is only yielding like 30 lines and I'm falling asleep myself...very frustrating!
