rapid advance system
Subject: rapid advance system

I'm transcribing an op note for a biventricular defibrillator implantation dictated by an ESL.  If I'm understanding him correctly, he says, "A rapid advance system was utilized to cannulate the coronary sinus."

I've checked my references and googled to see if this rapid advance system is a brand name and can't seem to locate it.  Is anyone familiar with it?

adding a followup "thank you" post for every single question just clutters up the board, really. I'm much more appreciative of a /well-formulated/ question that gives enough context for some to be /able/ to help and, in particular, one that demonstrates the questioner has at least tried to research it. ;-)
