I thought it must be pelvic discontinuity, but pelvic vest is what it sounds like he's saying. I'm just not sure about the context with the rest of it.

The entire s/l is:
Radiographs are reviewed. A failed protrusio cup with protrusio, looks like a pelvic vest continuity on plain radiographs.
