Sorry, I had to be away yesterday.  Okay, the phrase I'm stuck on, he says:  Under ultrasound "dies" or dolense".  This is part of the problem because with this guys dialect, it really doesn't sound like anything.  Could it be dies?  That doesn't really make sense in this sentence "Under ultrasound "", the patient underwent paracentesis for removal of 2500 cc of thin, nonpurulent, ascitic fluid".
