A thick piece of Silastic 0.04 in was then shaped appropriately and then placed in the middle ear with the tongue extending into the eustachian tube area and coming out the facial recess.
Do you think that's right? It also sounds like she might be saying tie.

The distal aspect of the manubrium was visualized in the perforation. It was not covered with stable tympanic membrane. The incostapedial joint was not visualized, although s/l senicae were present in and around the middle ear and incus area.

ACL reconstruction

The guide for the Mitek Rigidfix femoral fixation system was placed through the tibial tunnel and into the femoral tunnel to a depth of 30 mm. Lateral to medial holes were drilled for the Intrafix pins for 3.3 mm. The s/l sharp stimen pins were removed.

I agree with capillary, sometimes you don't year the "y" when some of them say it fast or could you be hearing Doppler perfusion.

The patient is status post a right tranflap reconstruction of the breast, right nipple areolar reconstruction, revision of a left MediPort scar, and revision of abdominal scars.
DOES anyone know if the underlined word above is the correct word, or maybe is it transflap, they both come up on Google, and I do not have an available Stedman book for gynecology on hand right now.
