"He is on TP’s tracheostomy". That is what it sounds like he is saying. Has anyone ever heard this before. There is no slang allowed on this account and I want to make sure this is correct. This patient has ventilator dependent respiratory failure, a PEG-tube and a tracheostomy. Thanks
