I've left a QA blank twice for this in the past. Once QA left it blank for the dictator and once the just filled it in with the odd body temperature in the 70s. No answer/explanation either time. It happened again today and I left another blank. I don't know of the dictator is just being lazy and not paying attention and its just a coincidence this has happened so often recently or what. Thanks!
