Testing the **biceps tendon** reveals tenderness over the bicipital groove of the humerus and pain in the same area with internal rotation. The tape skips in between biceps and tendon. Any idea? tia.

If you are sure that is what he is saying, I would transcribe tendinosis. It is actually a word. It is listed in Stedman's Ortho/Rehab and also on reputable orthopedic websites. You may want to investigate further.
