Sorry for the 2 back-to-back, lol
We replaced the [telescope], had a careful examination of the peritoneal cavity, removed the small amount of fluid that had collected in the right gutter and behind the liver, and after this was done we removed the cannulae under direct vision from within making sure the hemostasis was excellent at each cannula site which it was.
All I usually get is Storz (resectoscope, sheath, etc) for uro ops, sorry! Nm
